Ryan was born in Branson, MO and grew up boating and swimming on Table Rock Lake. His first summer job was in the family business at the campground at Port of Kimberling. He began by simply patrolling for trash at age 9 and by age 18 was handling management duties at What’s Up Dock. After a few years of college at Missouri State University, he returned to the family business. Ryan, along with his wife, Tracy, represent the third generation of family ownership and management at the Port of Kimberling. He enjoys living on the lake and sharing the lake lifestyle with his wife, son & daughter.

Has been with American Water Sports since 2011 and lived around American Water Sports all of his life. His lifetime of boating experiences along side his vast amount of product knowledge has made him a true asset to our team over the years. Joe has three children and resides in Kimberling City.

Meet Jenni, our dedicated Service Manager, hailing from the picturesque Kimberling City. With a childhood spent boating on the stunning Table Rock Lake, Jenni has developed a lifelong passion for the water and everything it represents. A true outdoor enthusiast, Jenni loves the thrill of speed and has even raced offshore boats for several years, showcasing her adventurous spirit. When she's not on the water, you can find her hiking with her dog, embracing the beauty of nature. With over 20 years of experience in customer service and 5+ years in the automotive industry, Jenni brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team. Her background in a family construction business has instilled a strong work ethic and a commitment to quality service. Jenni enjoys building connections with fellow boaters and exploring new lakes, making every boating adventure a memorable experience. Her passion for helping others and understanding their needs makes her an invaluable asset to our company.

Owen is an enthusiastic boat sales professional, now entering his second year in the boat industry. With a deep love for the water, Owen has been a lake rat since 2012, cultivating a strong connection to lake life that fuels both his career and personal life. He is passionate about helping customers find the perfect boat for their lifestyle and enjoys sharing his own experiences on the water. Owen is graduating from the University of Arkansas in Spring 2025, earning a degree in marketing, which has equipped him with the skills to excel in his sales career. In his free time, Owen is an avid sports fan and loves spending quality time with his dog, family, friends, and significant other. His energetic personality, combined with his commitment to providing exceptional service, makes him a trusted resource in the boat industry.

Logan has been around boats since he can remember, growing up in a small town in Southwest Kansas. Currently, he is in his junior year at Kansas State University, studying Entrepreneurship and Management. Logan's love for boats and the water led him to spend his summers working at marinas on Table Rock Lake. With 3 summers of experience, he has gained extensive knowledge of the water and boats. His favorite part of the lake is spending time with his friends and family.

With a passion for spending time on the lake with family and friends, working on home projects, and participating in the Shell Knob Community Theater (SKITS, Shell Knob In The Spotlight), Andy is all about making the most of life! He started his journey with American Water Sports as a salesman in November 2015 and moved into the service department, where he thrives on helping keep everyone on the water and solving unique challenges. With a family that loves the lake just as much as he does, Andy finds joy in creating happy customer experiences that often lead to lasting friendships. He appreciates our fast-paced, collaborative culture, and is driven by the success and happiness of our customers and team.
